"Oh no!" said Clara. "I forgot which ships we visited now! The Exy Johnson and Irving Johnson are very similar to each other, and the Spirit of Dana Point was supposed to be nearby too......well, they were all incredible, anyway."
"We just made ourselves at home," said Liam.
"As far as I could tell, there was no actual zombie apocalypse going on," said Liam. "I think the chart was simply precautionary."
"We were excited to see the San Salvador!" said Liam. "A human asked to take our photo here, too, if I recall."
"Can you imagine sailing from Europe to the West Coast of America on this?" asked Clara. "This is a replica of the first European vessel to reach America's west coast...in 1542!"
"It is actually a great size for us," said Clara, "but we are small..."
"Land ho!" said Liam.
"How did they manage to keep chickens, do you think...?" asked Clara.
"The Bill of Rights matches our outfits," said Clara.
"Ready, aim..." said Clara.
"Do not worry," said Liam. "It's not loaded."
"If we work together, I think we can steer her!"
"A friendly woman came out and was hoping she didn't ruin our photograph," said Liam. "But digital cameras are able to take almost unlimited photos so it was not a problem!"
"But then this must be the Spirit of Dana Point...?" asked Clara. "I think they moved it to a different place than where it was on the map."
"So I'm not sure if it was here or earlier, but at some point, a kayaker looked up at us and asked, 'Is that Duffy?' She was the only person who recognized me! I felt so special."
You can see the HMS Surprise here. It was the ship from the film Master and Commander and if I recall correctly, it also played a minor role in one of the Pirates of the Caribbean films.
"Liam and Clara, reporting for duty, captain!"
"Haul that line!"
"Um...maybe we should not sail in that direction..."
